THIS EPISODE’S DRINK: The MotherStuffer

thankskilling cocktail2 parts Kahlua coffee liqueur

2 parts Whipped Jack whipped cream-flavored spiced rum

1 parts pumpkin pie spiced liqueur

Whipped cream

Nutmeg

Cinnamon Stick (garnish)

Combine liqueurs and rum; top with whipped cream and nutmeg. Add cinnamon stick to garnish.

DRINKING RULES FOR THANKSKILLING:

  1. Anytime a character tells a terrible joke or uses a bad pun
  2. Uncomfortable close-up shots of characters
  3. Anytime someone says “turkey” or “killer turkey”

FINISH YOUR DRINK WHEN:

The killer turkey, before taking his first victim, says: “Nice tits, bitch!”

    1. It’s just that good a line, and frankly you need at least one drink in you to get you started on this whopper of a film.

    1. Looking back on it, I’m almost positive it was just so shockingly faux-edgy and half-hearted as a joke in the film that we blocked it from our memory, and we just forgot about it in the podcast. There was no way talking about it was going to do justice to how appalling it made that movie.

      It is a good point, though; it’s an interesting example of the awful attempts at humor the film makes, since it does feel like it was written by a thirteen-year-old who still thinks dead baby jokes are super edgy.
